Return and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) from the date you receive your first delivery. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product, provided it is unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our Customer Support Team and return the product at your own expense. Returns must be agreed upon in advance with customer service.

Important: The right of withdrawal applies only to your first delivery in the subscription. All subsequent deliveries contain identical products and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
If you do not wish to receive further deliveries, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. The delivery date is stated in the shipping confirmation sent to you by email. If cancellation is received too late, the change will only apply to the following delivery. Returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to receive guidance on the proper process.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
